INGREDIENTS

garlic

italian seasoning

veggie broth

kale

olive oil

carrots

orzo

smoked paprika

celery

onion

diced tomatoes

tomato paste

parmesan

STEP 1:

Cook garlic, onion, celery, and carrots in olive oil, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.

STEP 2:

Add veggie broth, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and kale. Bring to a boil.

STEP 3:

Add orzo and cook for 7 minutes.

STEP 4:

Stir in parmesan and serve hot!
