INGREDIENTS

butternut squash

veggie broth

ground ginger

olive oil

cinnamon

pears

garlic

STEP 1:

Roast squash, pears & garlic. Add to blender with veggie broth.

STEP 2:

Add ginger, cinnamon, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth!

STEP 3:

Serve with crusty bread and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
