LET'S MAKE IT
Crumble a block of firm tofu with your hands, until it's in small pieces.
Cook minced garlic, chopped peppers, and crumbled tofu in olive oil, smoked paprika, and chili powder.
Stir in tomato sauce (e.g. marinara), spinach, and chopped parsley.
Toss cooked pasta in sauce. Serve + enjoy hot!
