SPINACH & FETA STUFFED SALMON

INGREDIENTS

feta

italian seasoning

spinach

salmon

olive oil

parmesan

roasted red peppers

paprika

cayenne

STEP 1:

Slice down the middle of salmon fillets. Brush with olive oil and season with salt + pepper.

STEP 2:

In a pan, wilt spinach. Stir in feta, parmesan, jarred red peppers, and spices.

STEP 3:

Fill the cut salmon fillets with the spinach-feta "stuffing."

STEP 4:

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve hot!
