lemon (juice + zest)
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, and cornstarch.
Heat olive oil. Cook broccoli for 10 mins. Add shrimp + cook for 2 mins. Add lemon sauce + simmer 2 mins.
Serve over starch of choice (e.g. rice or quinoa). Top with feta, lemon zest + red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
