LET'S MAKE IT
Shred brussels sprouts in a food processor or by hand.
Heat olive oil. Sauté sprouts with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper for about 7 mins.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and freshly-grated parmesan. Serve + enjoy!
