INGREDIENTS

lime

garlic

miso paste

coconut oil

ground ginger

salmon

parsley

sweet potatoes

canned coconut milk

STEP 1:

Chop sweet potatoes + add to pot with water. Boil + cook for 15 mins.

STEP 2:

Sear salmon in coconut oil.

STEP 3:

Make sauce with garlic, coconut milk, miso paste, ginger, and lime.

STEP 4:

Mash sweet potatoes. Serve + top with salmon, coconut sauce, and parsley garnish.
