These oven-baked salmon parcels with vegetables and honey garlic sauce are a delicious and nutritious 30-minute dinner idea! It's a super easy recipe to prepare and the foil parcels make clean-up a breeze.

INGREDIENTS

salmon

honey

broccoli

toasted sesame oil

garlic

bell pepper

zucchini

carrots

soy sauce

rice vinegar

green onion

STEP 1:

Divide chopped vegetables into foil parcels.

STEP 2:

Mix together toasted sesame oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.

STEP 3:

Place salmon on top of vegetables and pour sauce overtop.

STEP 4:

Close foil parcels and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400F.

STEP 5:

Open and add garnish as desired. Enjoy hot!
