milk of choice
quinoa
raisins
apple
salt
cardamom
vanilla
cinnamon
coconut oil
Add rinsed quinoa, milk, vanilla, spices, and raisins to saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 mins, or until liquid has absorbed.
Sauté apple chunks in coconut oil and cinnamon until browned, tender, and fragrant.
Serve quinoa porridge. Add sautéed apples and extra toppings as desired. Enjoy!
