INGREDIENTS

eggs

garlic powder

olive oil

arugula

tomatoes

basil

feta cheese

STEP 1:

Whisk eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

STEP 2:

Halve tomatoes and chop fresh basil.

STEP 3:

Cook tomatoes and arugula in olive oil. Pour whisked eggs overtop.

STEP 4:

Sprinkle feta on top. Cover with a lid until eggs are cooked. Garnish with fresh basil + enjoy!
