These chocolate-covered peanut butter pretzel bites are a delicious, sweet + salty snack idea! Only 5 ingredients, these bites are made with almond flour instead of powdered sugar for a more nutritious option.
LET'S MAKE IT
Mix peanut butter + honey. Stir in almond flour until combined.
Scoop PB mixture onto one pretzel, then sandwich it with another. Repeat until mixture is used up.
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave. Dip pretzel bites into chocolate. Place onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy or store for later!
