INGREDIENTS

rolled oats

milk or plant-based milk

chia seeds

frozen fruit

cinnamon

vanilla

toppings (as desired)

plain greek yogurt

salt

STEP 1:

Mix oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt together.

STEP 2:

Stir in milk (or plant-based milk), yogurt, and vanilla.

STEP 3:

Transfer to jars, then top with frozen fruit of choice (e.g. frozen berries). Refrigerate overnight.

STEP 4:

In the morning, mix thawed fruits into oats. Add toppings (like peanut butter + pumpkin seeds) as desired.
