INGREDIENTS

carrots

parsnips

garlic

butter

cinnamon

russet potatoes

almond milk

nutmeg

thyme

STEP 1:

Bring potatoes, parsnips, and carrots to a boil + simmer until tender.

STEP 2:

Drain water and add garlic, almond milk, butter (or vegan alternative), thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, s+p.

STEP 3:

Mash together until a fluffy texture is achieved. Serve + enjoy!
