LEMON KALE PASTA WITH FRIED EGGS

INGREDIENTS

parmesan

garlic

olive oil

kale

spaghetti

lemon

eggs

STEP 1:

Sauté kale with minced garlic and olive oil.

STEP 2:

Stir in cooked spaghetti, lemon juice, more olive oil, and parmesan.

STEP 3:

Remove pasta from pan, then cook your eggs!

STEP 4:

Serve pasta and top with fried eggs. Break up the yolks and stir together!
