INGREDIENTS

plain kefir

chia seeds

rolled oats

toppings of choice

vanilla extract

cinnamon

maple syrup

cardamom

STEP 1:

Mix oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and cardamom together.

STEP 2:

Stir in kefir, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well-combined.

STEP 3:

Cover oats and store in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight!

STEP 4:

Take soaked oats out of the fridge and add toppings as desired (e.g. fresh fruit, nuts, seeds). Enjoy!
