avocado oil
Cut tofu into cubes. Add avocado oil.
Toss in salt, pepper, and cornstarch, Spread on baking sheet and transfer to oven.
Make sauce with toasted sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch slurry.
Toss baked tofu in sauce. Serve + garnish as desired!
