INGREDIENTS

milk of choice

store-bought frozen sweet potato

nutmeg

plain greek yogurt

almond butter

cinnamon

apple

vanilla

chia seeds

STEP 1:

Add milk of choice, frozen sweet potato, apple, chia seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a blender.

STEP 2:

Continue to add vanilla, greek yogurt,  almond butter, and optional protein.

STEP 3:

Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy cold!
