HEALTHY HOMEMADE NO-BAKE TRAIL MIX GRANOLA BARS

These no-bake trail mix granola bars are delicious and packed with nutritious ingredients!  This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, high in fiber - perfect for a meal prep snack.

vanilla extract

maple syrup

INGREDIENTS

coconut oil

chocolate chips

pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds

dried cranberries

cinnamon

salt

almond butter

hemp seeds

STEP 1:

Mix wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

STEP 2:

Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.

STEP 3:

Pour dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. Mix well to combine.

STEP 4:

Transfer to parchment-lined baking pan. Spread ingredients out and push down REALLY well with a flat surface.

STEP 5:

Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Remove from fridge and cut into bars. Enjoy!
