This harissa pasta recipe pairs the most deliciously creamy sauce made from harissa, tahini, smoked paprika, and nutritional yeast with 4 different vegetables and (optional) shrimp for added protein.

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1:

Whisk tahini, harissa, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, and hot water together to make the pasta sauce.

STEP 2:

Cook shrimp and set aside (omit this step if vegetarian).

STEP 3:

Cook garlic, carrots, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and spinach in olive oil.

STEP 4:

Stir pasta sauce in with veggies.

STEP 5:

Stir in cooked pasta + shrimp. Serve + enjoy hot!
