LET'S MAKE IT
Whisk tahini, harissa, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, and hot water together to make the pasta sauce.
Cook shrimp and set aside (omit this step if vegetarian).
Cook garlic, carrots, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and spinach in olive oil.
Stir pasta sauce in with veggies.
