INGREDIENTS

milk of choice

rolled oats

vanilla

walnuts

ground ginger

cinnamon

pears

baking powder

STEP 1:

Mix dry ingredients (oats, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, pinch of salt)

STEP 2:

Mix wet ingredients (milk of choice, vanilla extract). Stir dry ingredients into wet until well-combined.

STEP 3:

Fold in chopped pears and transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake in oven for 35 mins @ 375F.

STEP 4:

Serve hot and add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
