INGREDIENTS

kale

water

maple syrup

tahini

lemon

garlic powder

quinoa

red wine vinegar

dried cranberries

broccoli

pepitas

STEP 1:

Chop kale + broccoli into smaller pieces.

STEP 2:

Combine tahini, red wine vinegar, maple syrup, garlic powder, lemon, and water.

STEP 3:

Plate all salad ingredients.
