INGREDIENTS

broccoli

cremini mushrooms

olive oil

pesto

shredded cheese

penne pasta (or other shape)

STEP 1:

Cook vegetables in olive oil for 8-10 minutes.

STEP 2:

Cook pasta, al dente.

STEP 3:

Toss cooked vegetables + pasta in pesto sauce.

STEP 4:

Transfer to a baking dish + top with shredded cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
