One of my go-to salad dressings is this homemade balsamic vinaigrette, but I’ve recently been OBSESSED with this tahini version! It takes a traditional vinaigrette and makes it extra thick, creamy, and much more satisfying.

I love that this creamy balsamic vinaigrette recipe is made with only 6 simple ingredients and that it comes together in just 5 minutes.

You can prep a batch for the week and use it to add flavour to a handful of meals (not just salads)! I’ve included some serving ideas for you below to get started.

What To Pair With Balsamic Tahini Dressing

This all-purpose dressing adds SO much flavour and a source of healthy, satiating fats to all sorts of dishes. Here are some ideas to get you started:

  1. Use it as a creamy salad dressing – it would pair well with any leafy greens (like kale, arugula, spinach, or a spring mix) along with fresh veggies (like tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers)!
  2. Drizzle it over roasted veggies, like broccoli, mushrooms, brussels sprouts, or sweet potatoes.
  3. Use it to add flavour to grain bowls or nourish bowls.
