Creamy Balsamic Tahini Dressing (Vegan)
This vegan balsamic tahini dressing is made with simple, healthy ingredients like tahini, balsamic vinegar, lemon, and garlic. You can keep it in the fridge for the week and use it to add flavour to salads, roasted vegetables, or grain bowls!

One of my go-to salad dressings is this homemade balsamic vinaigrette, but I’ve recently been obsessed with this tahini version! It takes a traditional vinaigrette and makes it extra thick, creamy, and much more satisfying.
I love that this easy balsamic tahini dressing is made with only a handful of nutritious ingredients and that it comes together super quickly.
You can prep a batch for the week and use it to add flavour to a handful of meals – I’ve included some serving ideas for you below. Enjoy!

I skipped the maple syrup and added a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar, definitely one of my fav sauces !
