Wellness is defined as the state or condition of being in good physical and mental health. While nutrition is my main focus, it’s only one part of overall health and well-being. Finding balance between nutrition, mental health, exercise, stress, self-care, career, and your personal life is something many of us strive for on our journey towards wellness, and these are all areas I hope to explore on this page. If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the past few years, it’s that you’re never alone in whatever it is that you’re going through, even if it may sometimes feel that way.
