Nutrition is a relatively new science, and with studies coming out everyday, the evidence is constantly evolving. While I aim to provide accurate information at the time of publishing, some information may understandably change as time passes. I do try my best to stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition science, and if there are major findings, I will be sure to share them with you on here.

I love supporting brands that have a nutrition and health philosophy similar to my own. I will often be sent products to try, and, if I truly enjoy them, I love to share them on here and on Instagram so that you can try them, too! I would never post about something I don’t believe in. If I share a recipe with a product that has been sent to me I will make it clear in that post.
